1 onion , finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
1 egg

1 cube beef bouillon

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
2.Begin by cooking the ground beef in a large skillet on medium heat until browned.
3.Remove the beef from the skillet and drain any grease.
4.In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic in olive oil until softened and transfer it to a bowl.
5.Add browned beef, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and one egg to the bowl with onion mixture. Mix well.
6.In another skillet, sauté onion and mushroom in olive oil until moist.
7.Add the mushrooms and onion to the bowl with the beef mixture. Mix well.
8.Roll out the thawed puff pastry and cut it into 4 rectangles.
9.Divide the beef mixture into 4 parts and add it to the center of each rectangle.
10.Close the pastry by joining opposing corners. Press the edges of the pastry to seal the parcels.
11.Place parcels on a baking sheet and brush the top of each parcel with beaten egg.
12.Bake for 20-25 minutes until the parcels are golden brown.
13.In a large pot, combine red grape juice, beef bouillon, and Worcestershire sauce to create the sauce. Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
14.Add cornstarch mixed with equal parts of water to the pot and stir well.
15.Cook until the sauce thickens, then-remove from heat.
16.Serve the parcels hot with the brown sauce on top.
