Ingredients

1 package sliced mushrooms
1 cup dry red wine
1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak ( about 3/4-inch thick )
1 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley , divided
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
4 garlic cloves , minced
1 can beef consomme
1 can tomato sauce
This Beef With Rosemary-Mushroom Sauce recipe is savory and hearty, providing a complete meal with ease. Instructions

1.Heat a large, nonstick sprayed skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and sauté for 4 minutes or until browned. Remove mushrooms from skillet, and set aside.
2.Add beef to the same skillet. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove beef from skillet; set aside.
3.Add green onions, 2 tablespoons parsley, rosemary, vinegar, and garlic to skillet. Sauté for 1 minute or until tender.
4.Add beef consomme to skillet, scraping the skillet to loosen any browned bits. Add tomato sauce to skillet, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium, and simmer for 5 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Stir in reserved mushrooms.
5.Slice beef against the grain into thin strips, and place on a serving platter. Pour the mushroom sauce over beef; sprinkle with the remaining 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
