Ingredients

4 -8 boneless beef steaks , sliced thin ( any beef you like as long as they are sliced thin )
4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon Gravy Master or 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons ground pepper ( i use green , pink and black , but just black ok too )
1 teaspoon ground sea salt
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon cream
1 cup fresh mushrooms

Instructions

1.In a large skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium-high heat. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
2.Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. To the same skillet, add remaining 2 tbsp of butter, cornstarch and Gravy Master or Kitchen Bouquet. Mix well.
3.Add the ground black pepper, mixed ground pepper, sea salt, chicken bouillon cube, and garlic salt. Stir well.
4.Add the cream and mushrooms to the skillet and stir until combined. Cook for 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
5.Return the beef to the skillet and coat it with the mushroom peppercorn sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, ensuring the beef is fully coated with the sauce. Serve hot.
