3 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons sesame powder
2 teaspoons minced garlic , , green onion
2 teaspoons wine

Instructions

1.Mix sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, pepper, and wine in a bowl. Stir until well combined to make the marinade.
2.Put the beef into the marinade and set aside for about 10-20 minutes.
3.Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse well.
4.Heat oil in a wok or skillet. Stir-fry the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes or until brown. Remove from wok and set aside.
5.In the same wok, stir-fry onions, mushrooms, watercress, and carrot for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
6.Add the cooked noodles and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
7.Return the beef to the wok and add the sesame powder and chopped scallions. Mix well.
