1 can sliced water chestnuts , halved
1 cup 1-inch cut green beans
1 can coconut milk
1 hot red chile pepper ( donne'sali ) , chopped ( optional )

Instructions

5.Add half of the soy sauce, half of the lemon juice, garlic, beef bouillon, and black pepper and stir well.
6.Add water chestnuts and green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
7.Add coconut milk, remaining soy sauce, and remaining lemon juice and stir well.
8.Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9.Add chopped hot red chili pepper (if using) and stir well.
