Ingredients

1 head garlic , separated but not peeled
3/4 cup A.1 . Original Sauce , divided
1/4 cup dry red wine or 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup onion , finely chopped
16 ounces beef tenderloin steaks , 1 inch thick

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2.Take the separated garlic cloves and place them on a large piece of aluminum foil, wrapping it around the garlic cloves tightly and sealing the edges so that steam can't escape. Place the foil packet in the preheated oven and roast for 45 minutes.
3.After the garlic has finished roasting, remove it from the oven and let it cool. Squeeze the garlic cloves to extract the soft garlic pulp.
4.Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of the A.1. Original Sauce and the onion. Cook until the onion is softened, about 3 minutes. Add the remaining A.1. Original Sauce and red wine (or water) to the skillet. Cook and stir occasionally for 2 minutes.
5.Season beef tenderloin steaks with salt and black pepper. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 4-5 mins on each side until browned and cooked to your preference.
6.Serve the beef tenderloin steaks with roasted garlic sauce on top.
