4 beef tenderloin steaks ( 1 inch thick )
1/2 cup dry red wine
4 French bread , sliced and toasted

Instructions

4.Meanwhile, season beef tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper. Add steaks to the skillet and cook to the desired doneness. Remove steaks from skillet and keep warm.
5.Add wine to the skillet and cook, stirring until reduced by half. Add onion and mushroom mixture to the skillet, stirring to combine.
6.Serve beef tenderloin steaks topped with French onion sauce and a side of toasted French bread slices.
