1 loaf French bread
1 lb ground chuck
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
These Beef Stroganoff Sandwiches are a delicious and satisfying lunch or dinner option for those who love the rich and creamy flavors of Stroganoff. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F.
2.Cut bread into four pieces; cut each piece lengthwise, leaving one side attached. Hollow out each section to leaving a 3/4-inch shell, reserve removed bread for another use.
3.In a large skillet, cook chuck and onion over medium heat until meat is browned and onion is tender; drain.
4.Remove from the heat. Stir in the sour cream, milk, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
5.Spoon beef mixture into bread shells, sprinkle with cheese. Wrap each sandwich in foil. Place on baking sheet; bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Unwrap before serving.
