Ingredients

2 lbs skirt steaks
1/4 cup flour
pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion
1 lb fresh mushrooms , sliced thick

2 cups plain rice milk ( or soy milk )
2 tablespoons dried parsley
2 tablespoons tamari or 2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 medium tomatoes , chopped
4 sprigs fresh dill , chopped ( or use dried )

Instructions

1.Cut the skirt steaks into thin strips.

6.Return the steak to the skillet. Add dried parsley, tamari, chopped tomatoes, and fresh dill. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
