Ingredients

12 prepared crepes
1/2 lb fresh mushrooms , sliced ( can use more )
1 onion , finely chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic ( optional )
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons salt ( to taste )

1/3 cup cold water
1 1/2 lbs cooked beef , cut up into 1/4 to 1/2 inch cubes
1/3 cup boiling water
1 cup sour cream
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ( more if desired )

Instructions

1.Saute mushrooms, onions and garlic in butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2.Add flour and stir until smooth.
3.Gradually add boiling water and bouillon cubes.
4.Add Worcestershire sauce, mustard and ketchup.
5.Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly.
6.Reduce heat. Stir in sour cream, cooked beef, and 1/2 cup of cheese until cheese is melted.
7.Spoon about 1/4 cup meat mixture down the center of each crepe.
8.Roll up and place seam side down in a greased baking dish.
9.Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
10.Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F. for 20 minutes or until heated through.
