1 1/2 tablespoons chopped canned chipotle chiles
3 large fresh anaheim chilies , stemmed , seeded , cut into 1/4 inch-thick rings ( California )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

6.Serve with chopped cilantro and lime wedges.
