1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
Beef satays with peanut sauce are a popular street food snack in Southeast Asia, particularly in Indonesia. Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix together 1/3 cup of soy sauce, oil, garlic, and grated ginger.
