1 lb boneless beef top round steak , cut in 2 pieces

Instructions

1.In a food processor, finely chop the tomatoes and garlic. Transfer to a bowl and stir in 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
2.Preheat oven to 425°F.
3.In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
4.Add the olives, capers, and pine nuts to the skillet. Stir them until they are fragrant and golden brown for about 3 minutes.
5.Add fresh breadcrumbs and parmigiano-reggiano cheese to this skillet and mix them properly until the cheese melts.
6.Transfer this mixture onto a plate.

8.Heat the remaining oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef until browned on all sides for about 6 minutes. Transfer to oven and bake until cooked through for about 8 minutes.
