Ingredients

5 -6 lbs beef ribs ( NOT short ribs )
1 teaspoon garlic powder
4 teaspoons onion salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon sugar
1 bottle barbecue sauce ( your favorite or my Randy 's Damn Good Barbecue Sauce )
1/4 cup Jack Daniels Whiskey
3 garlic cloves , chopped
1/3 cup light brown sugar
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Beef Ribs My Way are an irresistible and flavorful dish that is perfect for lunch or dinner. Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
2.Mix garlic powder, onion salt, black pepper, paprika, and sugar in a bowl and rub it on the beef ribs.
3.Place the ribs in a roasting pan and cover with aluminum foil.
4.Bake for 2 hours.
5.In a separate bowl, combine barbecue sauce, whiskey, garlic, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
6.Spread this sauce over the cooked ribs.
7.Broil in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
8.Remove from oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
