Ingredients

2 -3 stalks celery , diced
2 cups carrots , coins ( Grimway pre-sliced carrot coins in produce aisle )
1 small onion , diced
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tablespoon minced garlic ( I use refrigerated jar )
1 package boneless beef chuck ( 1 package of tips or cut beef into bite size pieces Note -- chuck has best flavor for this recipe bu )
1 pillsbury ready-made pie crust
olive oil
butter
1 can campbell 's beef gravy
Pam cooking spray
Beef pot pie is a delicious classic dish that is often served during cold weather, holidays, and gatherings. It is a savory pie that typically consists of a beef stew or meat mixture smothered in a rich sauce and topped with a flaky crust. The pie can be made from scratch, but in this recipe, we use Pillsbury ready-made crust, which helps to save time and effort. The beef pot pie is normally served with gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans, but it can be paired with other side dishes according to your preference.

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2.In a large pan, heat some olive oil and a tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the diced celery, carrots, and onion. Stir and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
3.Add chicken bouillon cubes, minced garlic, and boneless beef chuck to the pan. Cook until the beef is browned.
4.Add a can of Campbell's beef gravy to the mixture and stir well.
5.Spray a baking dish with Pam cooking spray and add the beef mixture to it.
6.Place the uncooked Pillsbury pie crust over the top of the baking dish, sealing the edges of the crust to the dish.
7.Bake the pie in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
