Ingredients

1 lb beef or 1 lb chicken
3 cups cooked rice , chilled
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon red chile ( crushed )
3 -4 dried red chilies
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 cup carrot
3 tablespoons oil
3 eggs
Asian Beef or Chicken Fried Rice is a classic dish in Asian cuisine, with variations found throughout the region. Instructions

1.Wash and cut beef or chicken into small pieces and set aside.
2.In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar, set aside.
3.In a separate bowl, beat 3 eggs in a bowl and set aside.
4.In a large wok or skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, chili flakes and dried red chilies, stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
5.Add beef or chicken, stir and cook until no longer pink.
6.Add green onions, carrots and cooked rice to the pan, stir together thoroughly.
7.Make a well in the center of the pan and pour in the eggs. Let them set for about 30 seconds before stirring to scramble.
8.Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil mixture and stir until combined.
9.Serve hot and enjoy!
