1/4 kg ground beef liver ( or liver spread )
200 g sliced sausages or 200 g ham
200 g pork fat ( cut is strips )
3 hard-boiled eggs , sliced
100 g cheddar cheese , in strips
100 g grated cheddar cheese
2 onions , chopped
5 bay leaves ( laurel )
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups water
string ( for tying )

Instructions

1.In a big bowl, mix together ground black pepper, salt, and chopped onions.

3.Lay the beef on a flat surface and place the sliced hard-boiled eggs, sliced sausages or ham, pork fat strips, and cheese strips at the center of each sliced beef.
4.Roll the beef and secure the ingredients by tying a string around it.
5.In a large pot, combine water, vinegar, bay leaves, and sliced onions. Bring to a boil.
6.Add the beef rolls to the pot and simmer for approximately 2 hours or until the beef becomes tender.
7.Remove the rolls from the pot and slice them into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
