Ingredients

1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water
3 packages liver
3 tablespoons oil
1 large onion

Instructions

1.Mix brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce and water.
2.Cut liver into thin slices.

4.Thinly slice onions.
5.Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
6.Remove liver from marinate and fry for 3 minutes on each side.
7.Remove liver from the pan and add onions.
8.Fry onions in the same pan for two minutes.
9.Place liver back into the pan and fry together with the onions for another two minutes.
