Ingredients

1 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak , cut in 1-inch pieces
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves or 1 teaspoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon prepared Italian dressing
2 large garlic cloves , minced
1 large onion , cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 red bell pepper , cut into 1-inch pieces
1/2 yellow bell pepper , cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup uncooked orzo pasta
2 -3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 2 -3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons shredded fresh parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix basil, Italian dressing and garlic; set aside.
