12 no-boil lasagna noodles
1 1/3 cups water ( or milk )
1/2 cup low-fat cheddar cheese , grated
1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese , grated

Instructions

1.In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink; drain.

4.In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer with 4 lasagna noodles.
5.Spoon a layer of beef mixture on top, then sprinkle with grated cheeses.
6.Repeat the pattern of layers, finishing with a final layer of cheese.
7.Pour water or milk over the top, cover and bake at 375F for 55 minutes.
8.Remove cover from dish and bake for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese gets golden brown.
