Ingredients

1 lb/ 1/2kg beef
2 medium onions
1/4 cup coconut
2 green chilies
1 teaspoon chili powder
4 teaspoons oil
2 tablespoons dried coconut , pieces
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons chili powder
3 teaspoons garam masala powder or 3 teaspoons any other curry powder

Instructions

1.Cut the beef into small cubes and set them aside.
2.Slice the onions and chop the green chilies finely.
3.Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions to it. Fry until golden brown.
4.Now, add chopped green chilies and fry for a minute.
5.Add beef cubes and fry for 5 minutes.
6.Add chili powder, garam masala powder/curry powder, dried coconut pieces, and stir well.
7.Let it cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8.Add salt and 1/4 cup of grated coconut. Mix well.
9.Cover and cook on low heat for another 10-15 minutes or until the beef is cooked and the gravy thickens.
10.Add lemon juice and cook for another 2 minutes. Your Beef Curry (Beef Sukka/Beef Fry) is ready to serve. Enjoy!
