Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil , divided
4 slices bacon , chopped
2 lbs boneless beef chuck roast , trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes

6 cups beef stock
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup minced fresh flat leaf parsley

Instructions

11.Remove bay leaf from soup and serve hot, garnished with parsley.
