Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 425°F.
2.On a baking sheet, add cubed rump steak, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Roast in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.

6.Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat, brush with olive oil. Grill skewers for about 4-5 minutes until the charred vegetables are cooked, turning them once.
7.Serve grilled vegetable skewers with the mustard garlic cream sauce and roasted beef.
