1 beef chuck roast , quartered

1 jar pitted Manzanilla olives

1 tablespoon corn flour ( optional )
1 teaspoon water ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F.

9.If you want a thicker sauce, mix the corn flour and water together and add to the Dutch oven in the final 10 minutes of cooking.
10.Serve hot with rice or bread.
