1 link Chinese sausage , thinly sliced

1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup dry red wine
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
5 ounces oyster mushrooms , fresh
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 ounces cellophane noodles

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.
