Ingredients

1 1/2 - 1 3/4 lbs ground beef
4 medium potatoes , peeled and cut into medium size chunks ( any type of potato-my parents used russets . )
4 carrots , peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
2 medium parsnips or 2 medium rutabagas , peeled and cut into medium size chunks
1 large yellow onion , chopped small
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
salt , to taste
black pepper , to taste

Instructions

7.Place pockets on a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
