Ingredients

12 ounces sirloin steaks
2 tablespoons white wine
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce

4 cups rapini

1 tablespoon rice vinegar
oyster sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch , mixed with 1 tbsp water
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

1.Cut sirloin steaks into thin, bite-sized pieces. In a small bowl, mix together white wine, sugar, and soy sauce. Set aside.
2.Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add chopped gingerroot and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3.Add beef to the wok and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4.Remove beef from the wok and set aside. Add sliced onion and rapini to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Add chicken stock and cover the wok with a lid. Steam for 2-3 minutes or until rapini is tender.
5.Return beef to the wok. Add rice vinegar and oyster sauce. Mix cornstarch with water and stir into the wok. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens. Drizzle sesame oil over the stir-fry and serve hot.
