1 lb sirloin steak ( may substitute eye of round or top round )
2 medium carrots
3 medium garlic cloves
1 head savoy cabbage , small
1/4 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts ( optional )
1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter , smooth
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
4 teaspoons canola oil
2 -5 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil , for serving ( optional )

Instructions

1.Cut the sirloin steak into thin, bite-sized pieces.

13.If the sauce is too thick, add water, starting with 2 tablespoons and adding more as needed.
14.Remove from heat and stir in the chopped peanuts.
