Ingredients

2 lbs round steaks , pounded thin ( or if you can find them , get precut , thin beef cutlets )
1 1/2 lbs bacon
1 large onion , sliced
2 cups sliced button mushrooms
kosher salt
pepper
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons water

Instructions
