Ingredients

3/4 cup warm water
12 g fast action dried yeast
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups warm fresh cultured buttermilk
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons natural honey , warmed
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons melted margarine
6 cups strong white bread flour
1 egg yolk , beaten
flour , for dusting & kneading
seeds or sea salt , to decorate
This seeded buttermilk bread is an excellent home-baked option, it is a fantastic option for anyone who wants to wake up in the morning to fresh bread aroma and enjoy a healthy breakfast. The delightful crispy crust with a nutty flavor, different textures and chewy taste will make breakfast and snack time a lot more enjoyable. Instructions

1.Add the warm water, yeast and sugar into a mixing bowl.
2.Gradually add in warm buttermilk while mixing continuously.
3.Pour in sunflower, poppy and sesame seeds, warmed honey, salt, and melted margarine more gradually.
4.Slowly blend in the flour to form a dough while kneading for 20 minutes until the dough is elastic and smooth.
5.Place the dough on a floured surface and knead for five minutes. Cover with a towel and place in a warm area for about 30 minutes, or until it doubles in size.
6.Knead the dough for a few more minutes and shape it into a loaf. Place it on a baking sheet, cover, and let it rise for an additional 10 minutes.
7.Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Brush the loaf with egg yolk, sprinkle with flour and seeds, bake for 30 to 40 minutes, and cool on a wire rack before serving.
