6 small whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

7.Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top of the lasagna, then sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
8.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
9.Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
