3 cups lightly packed jalapeno jack cheese
3 cups lightly packed monterey jack cheese or 3 cups lightly packed cheddar cheese
0.5 can refried beans ( use a bit more if you want )
2 1/2 cups sunflower oil ( optional )

Instructions
