Ingredients

12 large jalapeno peppers
12 slices of uncooked smoked bacon
24 heavy duty toothpicks ( schewers do n't work well )
8 ounces sweet and tangy barbecue sauce or 8 ounces barbecue sauce , of your choice
1 lb sharp smoked cheddar cheese
1/2 lb precooked baby shrimp ( optional )

Instructions
