20 g butter

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.
2.In a large skillet, cook onions and turkey bacon in oil until onions are translucent and bacon is browned.

4.Pour the egg mixture over the potato mix and let it set at the bottom.
5.Once the bottom start to solidify, use a spatula to lift and fold the omelette to let the uncooked egg to flow underneath. Repeat until there is no more liquid egg left.

7.Slide the omelette on to a plate and serve hot.
