Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 400°F.

3.Spread the goat cheese over the tortillas, leaving a ¼-inch border around the edges.
4.Arrange the marinated peppers on top of the goat cheese. Save any remaining marinade.
5.Roll up the tortillas tightly, then place them seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the remaining marinade over the top of the tortillas.
6.Bake for 10 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and golden brown.
7.Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing into rounds.
8.Garnish with fresh basil and serve immediately.
