Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 425
2.Roughly chop 6 leaves of basil and wrap them around each of the halibut fillets.
3.Wrap each fillet in a slice of prosciutto and season with adobo seasoning.
4.Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat, and add the wrapped fillets.
5.Sear the halibut for about 2 minutes on each side.
6.Place the skillet into the oven and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the prosciutto is crispy.
