Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

6.Bake the flan in a water bath for about 45-50 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
7.Let the flan cool to room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
8.To serve, run a knife around the edges of the flan, then invert the dish onto a serving platter.
