Ingredients

3 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup shortening
2 tablespoons milk
1 pinch salt
1 dozen hard-boiled egg

1 cup grated locatelli cheese
3 lbs sweet Italian sausage links ( remove casings )
1 lb mozzarella cheese ( cut small cubes )
1/2 lb prosciutto , sliced thin ( italian smoked ham )
1 lb provolone cheese ( cut small cubes )
1 lb deli thin sliced , boiled ham ( , cut into squares )
1 lb deli thin sliced genoa salami ( cut into squares )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375°F.
2.In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt and shortening to make a crumbly mixture.
3.Add the eggs and mix until the dough forms a ball.
4.Divide the dough in half and roll each half to fit the bottom and top of a deep-dish pie pan.
5.In a saucepan, brown the sausage. Drain the sausage and mix in the parsley and grated locatelli cheese.
6.Place the bottom dough into the pie pan. Add the sausage mixture, deli slices of ham, and salami to the pie.
7.Place the sliced boiled eggs on top of the meat.
8.Add cubed provolone and mozzarella on top.
9.Place the top dough on the pie and seal the edges.
10.Brush with milk and place in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
