Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs ground meat
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup ( can substitute with cream of chicken )
12 tortillas
1 can chili
1 bag grated cheddar cheese
1 lb chopped onion
mild jalapeno

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 °F.
2.Brown the ground meat and onion in a skillet over medium heat.

4.Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish and layer 6 tortillas on the bottom.
5.Pour half of the meat mixture over the tortillas in the dish and level it out.
6.Add another layer of 6 tortillas and pour the remaining meat mixture over them.
7.Add cream of mushroom soup on top of the meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
8.Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
