2 bananas , peeled and coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon sweetened flaked coconut
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
4 egg yolks

Instructions

1.In a small bowl, mix together the chopped bananas, sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.

4.Gradually pour the hot milk mixture into the egg yolk mixture, whisking constantly.

8.Fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle.
9.Press the edges firmly to seal the wonton.
10.Repeat with the remaining wonton wrappers and banana mixture.
11.In a large skillet or wok, heat enough vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F.
12.Gently place the wontons into the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
13.Remove the wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
14.Serve the wontons hot with the coconut cream sauce on the side for dipping.
