Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400°F.
2.In a large bowl, mix together rice flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and currants/raisins.

4.Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
5.Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
6.Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the center of the bread.
