1 teaspoon raw sugar ( optional , adds crunch )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2.Cut banana bread into 1/2 inch thick slices and lay them flat on the prepared baking sheet.
3.Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly toasted.
4.Remove from the oven and reduce the temperature to 325°F (160°C).
5.Cut the banana bread slices diagonally into 1/2 inch thick pieces and place back on the baking sheet.
6.Bake the biscotti for another 10-12 minutes or until crispy.
7.Remove from oven, transfer to wire rack and sprinkle them with raw sugar while they are still warm.
8.Serve and enjoy.
