Ingredients

1 cup fine semolina

2 small ripe bananas , mashed
1 cup sugar ( or to taste- I use less around 3/4th cup )
1/2 cup raisins
3 cardamom powder
3 tablespoons clarified butter ( ghee , can not substitute this with anything else in my humble opinion )
