Instructions

1.Begin by slicing the bananas into thin discs.

3.Layer the banana discs onto 4 of the peanut butter covered slices, making sure to cover the slice completely.
4.Close each sandwich with an unspread slice of bread on top of the bananas.
5.In a shallow dish, beat together eggs, cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until the mixture is uniform and smooth.
6.Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, one at a time, allowing each side of the sandwich to soak up the egg mixture for a few seconds before turning over to soak the other side.
