Instructions

3.In a large pot, cook the seasoned lamb over medium heat for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4.Add finely cut onions, green chilies, fresh coriander, fresh mint, and butter to the pot and stir well.
5.Cover the pot and cook the lamb and vegetables over low heat for an additional 1-2 hours or until the lamb is tender and fully cooked.
