1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon liquid honey
1/4 cup raisins

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a 9 inch (23cm) round cake tin.
2.Sift flour and baking powder into a mixing bowl.
