8 ounces haggis
6 ounces turnips

1 tablespoon scotch , for preference glenfiddich
300 ml double cream

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180 C/160 C fan/gas mark 4.
2.Cut the turnips into small pieces and boil until soft. Mash well and season to taste with butter, salt and pepper.
3.Blanche the finely sliced onions in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain them well and toss in the melted butter.
4.In a separate pan, cook the haggis without the foil for 10 minutes. Cool slightly and blend with the creamed potatoes.
5.Add in the turnips and mix well.
6.Divide this mixture into a buttered muffin tin and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
7.Meanwhile, heat up the double cream in another pan without boiling. Add in the whisky and stir well.
8.Allow the mousselines to cool a little before serving with the whisky cream sauce drizzled on top.
