Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 180C/350F/gas 4.
2.Lay 1 phyllo sheet on a long work surface and brush with melted butter. Layer another sheet on top and brush with more butter. Repeat with remaining sheets and butter, separating the layers with baking paper. Sprinkle over the walnuts and sugar, then dust with cinnamon.
3.Cut the pastry into 14 × 8cm rectangles, then cut in half diagonally to create triangles.
4.Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until golden and crisp.
5.Meanwhile, mix together the yogurt, honey, lemon juice and zest in a bowl. Serve the warm wafers topped with lemon yogurt and drizzled in honey syrup.
