4 cups tomato sauce ( homemade or store bought )

1/2 cup dry red wine
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
