Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2.In a 9-inch (23 cm) baking dish, mix the ricotta, thyme, oregano, and 60 ml of olive oil until well combined. Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
3.Add the grapes and the black olives to the baking dish, spreading them evenly around the ricotta mixture.
4.Drizzle the remaining 60 ml of olive oil over the top of the grapes and black olives. Sprinkle with the dried chili pepper flakes.
5.Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the ricotta is golden brown and bubbly and the grapes are slightly caramelized.
